Why should this player be punished?: He mugged me in a public visible area and stole 100k off of me in the process losing 50% of my money. he mugged me in the public made me get my 100k out of my bank then gave it to him to not break any rules in the process. He said he took it because of "manners"

@SatoshiAaron has failed to respond despite being online on the forums. Upon reviewing the evidence the reasoning SatoshiAaron gave as to why they initiated a forced withdrawal, which was due to Swifter allegedly not appreciating the $100k being donated to him, is not a justifiable reason to commence a forced withdrawal as outlined in Rule 5.2:

Players may force others to withdraw money or items when their belongings have been; stolen, taken via scamming, or loaned to, by the player who refuses to return the belongings.

As such, SatoshiAaron will be warned for Rule 5.2.
