Why should this player be punished?: I came to the casino with my car, i saw Jack Bingo standing there trying to break into a car. I parked my car and then he ran away towards my car and tried to break in there. I opened my trunk to get my shotgun to get him away from my car. The moment i had my shotgun there was a car behind me ramming me to let me fall down. Jack immediatly took his gun and killed me. I believe this whole incident was just to take my gun because why else would somebody lockpick your car in front of you with a mate behind with a car to ram me?

Ah hell here we go again, I'm pretty certain this was dealt with by @peeps in game as he closed the report that was opened with me unsure why you made an AR

The reason i made this AR is because i had to go and Peeps did not answered yet. I did not know the outcome of his decision. If he made already a decision he can deal with this and close it.

Still i dont know the reason why you would try to break into my car when i was behind it. With the possibility to get killed when your mate's car was not behind me.

You left before I could give my response, so I will say it here.
Having looked at clips from both your perspectives, I have concluded that no rule was broken here. It is clear they hit you with their car out of self defence as you pulled a gun from your cars trunk while they were trying to steal it, not just to steal your weapon (this is backed up by their conversation in org chat discussing which car parked in the lot was better). Because of this, they were justified in killing you as you made a clear threat against their life.
