Why Should This Player Be Punished: Because he killed me before even raiding i was my sniper at the window and i was checking around and frank killed me with a scar in mean time after this he started lying that hes friend was crowbarring and when i saw him he was at his trunk and i can provide you screenshot of the chat and at the video, he was not crowbarring and he is extremely toxic

You pointed a sniper rifle at his friend, at this point, even if he was shooting you just to initiate the raid, doing so would be completely valid as you could have (and probably was about to) kill his friend with the sniper rifle.
