Suggestion Description: Add a feature that lets players siphon/funnel petrol from vehicles into containers or other vehicles.

Why should this be added?:
- Adds realism
Creates more roleplay scenarios
Useful in emergency situations
Encourages interaction between players

What negatives could this have?:
- Could be abused for trolling

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Currently players cannot transfer fuel between vehicles or take fuel from abandoned cars, which limits realism and certain roleplay situations.

Fuel is not that cheap

It is though? It's only like 2 paychecks at high fire rank with premium, without premium its like 10 for normal job pay. its incredibly cheap.
