add Equidae to perp?

Suggestion Title: Add Equidae to perp
Suggestion Description: I come today with a new server improvement, horses, donkeys and mules

So today me and @Bertie were in church (praise jesuus big up da man on the cross n tha) and we realised that cars are just horse, so why not add horse?
I personally think the horse should mirror the car so for examp the mini will be a small sick horse, the VW beetle will be a slightly sicker horse (given it can go a whole 2mph faster)

Obviously there will be other types for example the limo can be a horse drawn carriage, and ANY horse @A1L rides will instantly spawn a carriage onto the back of said horse as no horse could be expected to carry his weight

I've also created a design for the tesla horse below

As you can see the tesla horse is solar powered so that way you never had to stop to refuel it, the same way you have to buy fuel for the tesla once a month you will buy carrot seeds for it.

Why should this be added?:
- I would like it
- More vehicle choices
- Will promote cowboy rp
- Could help with the crim vs cop balance possibly

What negatives could this have?:
- Changes to the meta of the server
- More vehicle choice
- Will Promote rp
- Dev time
