Suggestion Title: Add more Secret Service Spawning Locations
Suggestion Description: Add more Secret Service Spawning Locations, to avoid secret service agents breaking NLR once they have been killed during an attempted assassination on the mayor. As it stands today, Secret Service spawns in the office, causing us to spawn there and die when trying to leave the area. It then causes us to die, and die.
Why should this be added?:
- Prevent SS from breaking NLR
- Prevent unnecessary mass death to SS when they respawn. We won't make it out in time, so we pass out.
What negatives could this have?:
- Mayor not being protected by SS when they respawn due to zero health
