Add ratings back to ideas and suggestions.

Description of the idea: On the forums add agree and disagree with suggestions. But not the other ratings. since they can be used negatively as I believe.

Why should this be added? (pros): I believe it should be readded because some people don't add polls onto their Suggestions.

What negatives could this have? (cons): None that I can think of.

Simple fix for this, either make it so threads can't be posted without a poll or staff can just add them on.

You can’t just enable certain ratings on specific nodes unless you hard code it

I disagree with this idea tbh, would potentially put people off of making suggestions that people might not like because there reaction score could decrease.

Reaction score doesn't decrease anymore from negative ratings

The latest xenforo update made it possible to create suggestion nodes where you can upvote and downvote threads. I have moved the majority of suggestions over to this new type of node.
