Server Suggestion Allow all vehicle colours

Suggestion Title: Allow all vehicle colours
Suggestion Description: You aren't able to make your vehicle up to entirely white and seems intentional for some reason. I honestly think allowing any colour would be really cool as there are some really nice bright colours to use.

Why should this be added?:
- Allows more diversity in vehicle colour customization
- Nice to see some refreshing, brighter colours on the server

What negatives could this have?:
- None
