3.25 Drug Harvesting/Mugging & 3.4
Players may not harvest drugs or mug players while being raided or when they suspect they are about to get raided if they don’t have a significant chance to escape the situation. (For example if you know you can escape you may do so with the drugs, although you will have to drop what you harvested if you’re caught by the police/raiders)

Why Should This Player Be Punished: They delayed me under gunpoint so they could harvest their plants before I took them. (During Raid) Also lied for a minute

At 0:31 You can see weed leaves through the wall, then he runs and delays to the other room so his friend can harvest. He also lied in OOC saying he harvested before I raided. Also they have no excuse due to them saying they read the rules.
