Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.18 The user along with their friend attempted to raid our apartment but one of them got wallbanged then the one I'm reporting grabbed his friends gun ran to his car stored the gun and attempted to drive off. This lead to his car getting shot down and then later killed. His life was technically at immediate risk since he had not killed any of the defenders.

It was completely fine for him to try to escape, his life wasn't in danger during him bringing the gun down to his car. If you pushed earlier, you would've been able to kill him.
