Situation:
I was walking around bazaar and I saw Dai shop and was wondering if I had keys. Obviously I did so I opened the door, walked in to store my fences, and then was shot shortly after.

Why I think he broke it:
The player didn't attempt to RP the situation in anyway, I wasn't visibly armed/armed at all. He didn't attempt to gunpoint me out of the shop or attempt to mug me, just simply shot me. I consider this 2.5 as he had no benefit of doing this/hurt him more than it needed to, as he shot a gun in bazaar police would more than likely be called and have a chance of getting DNA of him. Them getting DNA would result in him getting an arrest warrant even though I didn't effect him in anyway, and he got nothing out of killing me
