Why Should This Player Be Punished:
Blatant RDM :
The guy ran over Bailey first, which can be argued that it was an accident.

However...afterwards he just ran over Adam Mills for no reason, yes he was on the road, but he had no reason whatsoever to run him over.

He could have done the following :

A) Tell him to get the hell off the road.
B) Reverse the vehicle and take another route.
C) Call the cops.

Nothing of those happened and he just ran over the guy.

2.1 : Play Realistically : The guy ran over my friend ( Example B ) for simply calling him a cunt. Unjustifiable.

Regarding the incident, I can see how example A could have possibly of been an accident. Example B on the other hand is quite obviously intentional from the evidence provided. The user will be receiving a warning for their actions.​
