Why Should This Player Be Punished: After shooting at police ran off and stored his shotgun. When I searched his storage, he said he didn't store it, but instead dropped it somewhere in LOOC. After about 15 minutes of searching we contacted @Shay who sent us a screenshot of the logs showing that Dimitris did, indeed, store his shotgun. So he lied in LOOC and failed to follow /mes.
