Why Should This Player Be Punished:Breaking 3.4 told him to drop his stuff and refused gave him a couple warnings before, giving him 5 seconds to comply,couldn't allow him to go because I knew he had a weapon on him and he knew my name and by not cooperating it resulted in his death.(Frank Taylor and Jimmy Franson were there and heard me say drop your shit keep in mind he showed no indication he didn't hear me in LOOC but begged for me not to do it.)
