Why Should This Player Be Punished: I was basing/crafting at @Mac O-Brian 's casino when police came and raided it looking for him and others because they robbed the bank, when this happened I didnt get involved as I didnt see them at any risk or in need of help, about 5-10 mins later a massive shootout breaks out next to bazaar involving police and the bank robbers, seeing as some were my friends I alerted them about a cop approaching on the other side and to be careful, the cop then pushed further up unnoticed so I decided to take him out, when taking him out I started getting shot and assumed it was also police behind me as whoever it was (@Spoon) would of been able to clearly see that I was shooting officers and was a civilian, but after this I managed to escape, reposition and heal, I then go to repeak the corner assuming tfu/an officer will be there and gun them down but see a civilian so decide not to shoot, shortly after Logan shot me, I believe he had more than enough opportunities and clear sighting to tell I was a civilian and decided to shoot me due to him targeting me recently and using it as any excuse to kill me.
