Basically he came up to me and Said do you want to fight bro, so we had a fight and then drove off, I found him again at bazzar. Then when I went out to get my car he was ramming it and calling the cops to say it was illegally parked after ramming, I tried to stop him so I could move my car, he then runs me over and almost kills me, so I get my weapon out and I kill him. He then becomes RC and while I was running up to PD he runs me over killing me.
