also the shootout was over as cops were dead as well one side of the shooters

As you can see, Tomo has skipped out a large portion of the actual situation of this AR, and has not shown the FULL Situation. As the accuser, Tomo should show the situation in its entirety, not just the part he missed out.

He's cleverly cropped the video so it starts a few seconds after the shots finish.

I was stealing the car before Ivgenni came, I told him I'd lost my keys inside. TFU crashed into me and killed me.

Getting a reply from Sossa, but please be advised that I used this evidence against Tomo in another AR and he was found to be breaking rules. He received a warning because he ran in, started looking for guns and started teabagging a dead criminal.
