Why Should This Player Be Punished: As seen in the demo he harvested drugs and put them into storage while being raided and then he phoned the cops. He broke 3.25, 3.4 and 2.1

I watched the demo, and it's obvious that he took the drugs away after you got into his store, by doing this he broke rule 3.25: which states that: Players may not harvest drugs while beign raided or when they suspect they are about to get raided if they don't have a significant chance to escape the situation. (For example if you know you can escape you may do so with the drugs, altough you will have to drop what you harvested if you're caught by the police/raiders)

I got some problems with watching the demo after tick: 7994 so i can't give my opinion about the rules he might broke after that.

For now he clearly broke 3.25.
