Why Should This Player Be Punished: Blatantly broke 3.4 by stalling direct & clear commands under gunpoint. He was told to put his hands up by myself and @The HitMan several times and refused to do so immediately. He was loitering around a shootout with his org involved so I went to detain him and he refused to comply immediately and started prolonging the interaction for longer than it should have lasted considering he had a 2 guns pointed at him.
He has a disgusting record of 3.4 and has received 4 warnings of it already this year. Last ban was in December where he appealed a 1 month ban from Lewis. How he is able to get away with this many 3.4 infractions is beyond me.
Edit: Just realized he got a ban for 3.4 for a week by @Synatec right after my previous edit

made an AR because I had to leave and didn't have the time to be in a sit yesterday.
