Why Should This Player Be Punished:
1.1 and 1.11
Ok so I was S.W.A.T at the time and I was sitting in the S.W.A.T van waiting to be called out until I saw two people jump the wall over by the PD parking lot and I put them in cuffs and questioned them and then as I was escorting them out stromb0li macarooni decided it would be kind to insult be via LOOC which im sure is 1.1 and then after I took him to the front of the PD I held him there for about 5 mins after I did a /report (Tyla was the only staff on at the time) and then after being told via LOOC I had realized i was stalling RP and so I let him go. However, when I let him go he started jumping around and then ran across the intersection (Jaywalking).

All the evidence is sufficient, and he is pretty much eligible for a warning for: 1.1, 1.4
I do not understand why you put

But, anyways he was in the wrong and shouldn't have flamed an argument in the first place.

1.1 Disrespectful Behaviour - Disrespectful behaviour, in its broadest sense, is not acceptable; users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.

It is obvious that 1.1 was broken here. "Fuck you" and "Dickhead" is considered as disrespectful behaviour.

3.4 Putting your Life at Risk - Players must at all times act realistically, meaning that any actions taken that may put a player’s In-Character life, freedom from imprisonment and/or general wellbeing at risk must be done so in a realistic fashion, for realistically good/beneficial reasons and in such a way that can be justified as reasonable.

You need a really good reason if you want to run past the intersection. The only reason that would allow you to run past it would be if you are being shot at, and the intersection is the only escape that would allow you to preserve your life.

The reason why i have put 1.11 even though its a law and not a rule im just hoping that a staff member talks to him about jaywalking as a staff member did to me when I first joined and ran from city to bazaar on the highway.
