Why Should This Player Be Punished: i was driving up to bazzar and at one of the business shops some people was dropping fuel cans, toby then got out a Molotov and threw it at the fuel cans creating a big fire, i then got out my car and gun pointed him to get on the ground, he ran tried running off and i said to him several times to stop running and even fired a warning shot.
eventually he died due to another bomb going off but he failed to stop even after i fired warning shots. thus breaking 3.4

@Chris hey Chris this isnt the first time fenix has tried getting me into trouble. They know who I am and this name change and rule break I think is him trying to get me in trouble. Their original name was jauo I think. He has a yellow 918 spider but can you make them change their name. Thanks
