I didn't do much other than standing with them saying some chants, the situation with punching, the only reason I knocked you down was to save Marcus.

The fact is, you stood on Mimballs Head which is not realistic which could break his neck, Marcus was getting charged with 9.1 physical assault has he assaulted the medic, if the medic got knocked down it would be attempted murder which is still 5 years, I'm pretty sure another medic was coming to revive the medic anyways.

@Jimmy Jackson To debunk your comment on me standing on mimballs head and it is "unrealistic", apparently you have never heard about someone sitting on another person's shoulders, but the fact is that gmod won't allow me to do such a detailed action so the only thing that can actually be shown in gmod is that you are standing on someone's head.

Over to your comment about the "attempted murder" is it is true that Marcus was in a fight before that you wanted to arrest him for, and yes that would give him 5 years in jail for that offense, now what I don't understand is that you think that I am risking my life to save Marcus, when in fact I am risking the exact same thing in order to save him, a 5 year jail sentence to knock your dumb ass out, and I was successful and in doing so.

@Jimmy Jackson How exactly do you know how rules have been enforced exactly?
The fact about 3.4 is "Any actions taken by a player that may put their In-Character life, freedom from imprisonment or general well being at risk must be done so in a realistic fashion and for beneficial reasons." My beneficial reason, in this case, was to save Marcus from imprisonment, and this was done realistically and with purpose afterward, when u were knocked out I had my car nearby in order to escape so everything was planned at the time.

@Jimmy Jackson look at the end of the day I did what I did and take it for what it is. I have nothing more to say on the matter. I gladly accept whatever judgement the staff member who ends up umpiring this particular situation.

Personally don't see this situation as particularly serious or even important but I must have pissed you off quite a bit for you to go to these lengths.

Sorry for upsetting you but there isn't much that I can do to sort this out for you.

I would like to mention that your response to the protest was pretty shitty and unprofessional. Not at one point did we pose a threat to you originally and you failed to communicate to us. At the end of the day I guess you was boxed in and felt the need to escape but if you was patient and addressed our concerns it wouldn't have ended up like this.
