Why Should This Player Be Punished: Alex thought it would be a good idea to hammer it down the City Hall Parking Lot and ram into my ambulance; completely ignoring 3.15 and nearly killing me in the process. My bodily state was at "You gonna die son". I think he then proceeded to disconnect as you could see his cruiser disappear.
