Why were you banned/blacklisted?: Shooting a man during a raid with no reason/not treating his wounds , and also raiding the same place within 15 minutes, though Im only appealing the first one here.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Before I raided this guy's house, I did not have any zipties, bandages, nor stimpacks on me, only a very small pistol. My plan for this raid was to drag the planter into my van and drive off to my property. As such, there was not much else for me to do here but shoot him. If I told him to put his hands up, he could have done so until I started dragging the planters away, at which point he would likely have gotten a gun out of his storage and shot at me. Even then, he had two planters and my van was far away, so if I left him unattended he would have retaliated. Just overall, there was not much I could have done otherwise, and so as such I decided the best course of action would be to kill him.
