It has been 772 days since my ban at the time of writing this and I feel that the time I have spent banned has been a sufficient enough amount of time for me to have developed significant changes in both interests and attitude.
I would like to apologize to the numerous amount of staff members who I caused problems for after my initial ban, and several other bans that followed on other accounts. I understand now that this was just a weird thing for me to do and it really did not positively affect me or anyone else.
I was previously unbanned for a short period by @Fredy on the 11th of July where I was playing PERP as normal. I have been speaking to him for the past two years now regularly, and hopefully, he can be used as a reference to show that I have made significant changes in personality since my ban in 2019.
