Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User had conducted several raids on bank, slums and finally the paper factory, engaging in several shootouts with the police throughout. After finishing their latest raid on the paper factory, user fled the scene to storage where they ran into two police cars. They suggested following the police car that was doing a loop around the block instead of fleeing, causing the cops to pursue them and start another shootout for no beneficial reason, furthermore loitering in said shootout instead of leaving when they had an opportunity to do so.
Why should this appeal be considered?: After we finished the raid on the new property idk it's name, Kevin decided to drive over to storage as MJ was already there. When we arrived there, Kevin collided with an RTU and apologized then parked into storage. I "encouraged" here to do a loop around storage to make sure this RTU is not going to come back and just gunpoint him while storing items from the raid. After he looped around, the RTU was indeed there so Kevin decided to start a shootout in Stallberg Tunnel. There after the shootout, I was waiting for Kevin or MJ to get in their car in order for me to get in as I don't have keys to either of their vehicles. While waiting 2 cop cars arrive at Stallberg and proceed to engage us, so we continue the shootout. As there was a cop on the staircase on the right side that has just vanished, I decided to clear the back of City Hall incase he is just ratting there, as it was clear I then went over to the car and messaged in org "we can leave" or something in the same meaning, then I hear shots over at PD so I go over and help them there. From that point on, I agree that I might have extended the shootout a little longer as I then went over to the park next to the PD and killed a cop there. But still half of these things happened and I have no control of it.
