Punishment Type: Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute
Which staff member issued the punishment?: Pugga
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 2 Days

Your Steam Name: maeen
Your Roleplay Name: Saqib Asaad
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:39651776

Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.1 and 1.2

Why should this appeal be considered?: This appeal should be considered as by me saying "pug e homo lol" doesn't mean that he is ga*y. In Norway "homo" means both human being, or a man. It can also mean "homo". I did not use the word in a disrespectful way at all, nor was it my intention to hurt his feelings.

I am sorry that you do not understand my language, but I rather not be banned for calling him a man, or human being.

Hence why I feel my ban is invalid.

Taken from språkrådet.
"The word nemo is actually a contracted form of the denial particle ne, which means 'not', and hemo, a side form of the noun homo. Homo means 'human' or 'man', ne hemo means 'not human', ie 'none'. This can be compared to German where 'no' is called nobody, by a former nie 'not' plus man - 'man'."

"Pug is human"
Indeed. I don't see anything wrong. If I was to call you "g*y" I would have used another word for it, in Norwegian. I would have used the word "Homse" Which means "g*y".
