Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - Didn't surrender under gunpoint, instead speaking on the phone in whisper

Why should this appeal be considered?: We was getting raided at subs 4 and when pug came he told me to put my hands up and i did the wrong emote and i told him give me a second and ill put my hands up but because i was in whisper i don't think he heard.I was trying to break any rules i accidentally pressed on the emote next to surrender.

We've spoken to a staff member who witnessed this, and they can corroborate your story that you did intend to surrender as you said "okay I'm putting my hands up" or words to that effect. However, you still did break the rules by shaking your head at the gunman, so the ban is still valid, but given the circumstances, I am going to lower the ban.
