Why were you punished?: 2.5 3.4-Me and my friend Ethem were just hanging around the bazar. When i got note that we were getting raided. We jumped in the car and drove to office. We arrived and we take the back door, as we see nobody we scream defender. We see oure friends, both cuffed. Before i get a word in, i get cuffed from behind. Ethem kinda discussing with the cop and then She gets cuffed, we tell the guy we are defenders? He does not listen the only thing he talks about is the drugs in the office. He keeps talking about them and making this reason we get mad at him. I suddenly get un cuffed, he says nothing. And keep in mind since he did not ask me to get my hands up, because he cuffed me instantly and i never showed keys either, so I could in theory be a raider since he never double checked. So i have all my illegal stuff on me and my friends do too. So i run to the other part of the office. Seeing my friends still has not been un cuffed i take the chance to shot him as he is confiscating their guns. There was no other cops in the office, so i break my friends free and they pick up their guns. Suddenly a whole barrage of cops storm the building. And i get shot.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Because the reason i shot the cop was to evade not getting the illegal stuff we had on us taken (drugs, explosives and other small goodie’s), and not getting jailed and fined for the drugs and other illegal stuff. Since we also had a playdate with a potentially new member that was coming, we had no time to waste. So we just had to get rid of the evidence/cop, as fast as possible and not get jailed. And when you're mad and filled with adrenaline you do some crazy stuff. Since i witnessed one of my buddy’s lifeless body, i was also filled with sorrow. And all that mixed up leads to some crazy emotions. That then lead me to the conclusion that that was the best way too deal with the situation!
Additional Information: Like i said the reason i dont have a clip was because i felt no need, since it’s the only resort to get jailed and fined heavily, and to help my friends not follow the same path.
