Why were you punished?: 3.4 -The user held a medic at gunpoint, claiming the medic was not doing his job by not reviving his mate, he then gun pointed the medic into his car drove 20 feet to revive his mate. He then took the medic hostage again, trying to drive him to a separate location to heal another one of his mate's legs. Cops responded, causing the user to flee. While this was going on, he told his mates to start a raid so he could KOS the police who were following him. When the cops stopped him, he pulled a gun, attempting to kill the police, but was shot down.3.4 -The user held a medic at gunpoint, claiming the medic was not doing his job by not reviving his mate, he then gun pointed the medic into his car drove 20 feet to revive his mate. Why should this appeal be considered?: I had this entire conversation with ThePeak, My friends and I were out driving around trying to raid, the medics crashed into my friend killing him and tiering his vehicle, they revived him and payed then drove away as we both exchange insults. 2-3 minutes later my other friend gets car glitched as we are getting ready to go raid, the medics were just up the road so, one of my org members went to go ask them to revive him, he came back saying they weren't going to so I drove up and told them they cant say they don't wanna revive someone, they say they don't want me near the scene as they were afraid of me... so I let them go first then followed 60 feet behind, the went and seen me so got back in their vehicle and didnt res him, I was fed up went over and gun-pointed the medic and told him to go revive him. He did and healed him but my friend said he was crippled so I told the medic to get in my car and we would quickly go to him, as i thought he was super close, I drove up clementine way thinking thats where he was but then I spotted the cops, I was not trying to harass them and bait out a chase?? all I wanted to do was go raid and the last thing I wanted were the cops on my ass. The medic didn't wanna do his job causing me to take that action.
If the medic had revived him then it would be a different story.
The entire thing off me telling my friends to initiate a raid is twisted? They were going to raid and said to me, ''if we initiate a raid can you KOS cops if you are helping us'' and I said yes I can KOS cause I am helping you commit 11.11, So they started the raid, I had two cop cars on me and tried pull out my gun but was gunned down from behind, regardless I was going to be arrested, they would bolo my vehicle and I would be caught for unlawful detainment.
Also, The 9.2 law states that '' apprehend immediate unlawful violence that is likely to cause great bodily harm through the use of an offensive weapon'', I have looked and simplified the meaning of that sentence and it means ''Fear that someone is about to illegally use a weapon to seriously injure you'', meaning when I pulled out my gun and tried to shoot the police it was literally 9.2.
Additional Information: Thepeak said it would be a 3 day ban and so i got off and told him to issue it, i went to bed came back on and he changed it do 4 days..?
