Why Should This Player Be Punished: This is a ban request for Xhantium for breaking 3.4 by killing me for trying to give Andi a ticket for swearing at the police. This rule breakage resulted in a shoot out and eventual death, resulting in a ruined RP experience for myself and other Officers/Medics
