Is this a new law or a change to a current law: New

What law do you wish to change/add: 9.8 - Any person who commits the offence of robbing money from the bank or is involved in the robbery.
Liable to 10 years / Dont know what ticket.

Why should this change/addition be made: I believe that this should be added because when people rob the bank and we catch them it is very hard to know if we can put them in for murder or anything as such because it could have been from a different day. I also think this should be added because it would be so much easier to have a bank robbery law which has the same amount of years as murder so then it doesn't matter if they killed anyone or not since they were involved in the killings or stealing of anything.

What is the aim of this change/addition: To make it much easier for bank robbery suspects to be charged even though if it is unidentified that they have killed someone during the bank robbery.

Again. You need proof of him aiding in the murder. Failing to report a crime is pointless to add to any charge since who will report themselves for comitting a crime.

My proof is them being involved in a bank robbery. Thats honestly enough. Their contributation to the robbery itself aided another person in comitting murder. Thats how it is.

irl they wouldn't know who that person is and they'd do it through CCTV. A warrant wouldn't be instantly placed and most people are masked. They'd still need to interrogate them.

I can work with no evidence, you have to know your laws and policies to interrogate though. If you don't know how to, you're only charging them for the crimes you know they've committed.

If you claim you can interrogate people without evidence and make them confess, then you've only interrogated sweatervests. Any person who played perp for more than an hour knows just to deny everything because you have no evidence. What then eh? Also I don't see how you can disagree with my comment? Bank robbers at LEAST are guilty of being an accessory to the murder of multiple LEO's and strong armed robbery, there doesnt need to be a specific law regarding it.

@Slayerduck and @TinySlayer robbed it as a construction company with knives under the table in the managers room.

A bank robbery law alone isn't needed however we will look into the possibility of something relating to Armed Robbery
