Description of the idea: the ability to transfer £4,500,000 at one go between org bank accounts but
you have to go to the bank and speak to the back office teller and it will ask for your confirmation before sending it the reason it's not done by phone is because realistically a bank would ask you to confirm the transfer in bank for such a large amount
if the org doesnt have the bank account benefit unlocked you cannot send it to them
to balance this maybe a org level benefit could be
org bank transfers - lvl 20 something [up for devs to decide]
Why should this be added? (pros): good for large transfers between org's for crafting etc
What negatives could this have? (cons): could be a bit useless as you have to go to the bank teller IC but this is to make it more realistic
