I was responding to a life alert at plaza code 3 (lights and sirens on) when a civilian decided to jump in the middle of the road, thus killing him. He jumped right from the sidewalk into the road thus giving me no time to break or swerve. After the civilian died I immediately called for an EMS. I proceeded to drag the body away from the street to a safe place on the curb by the hospital entrance. I called for an EMS again to confirm and then went on my way to respond to other emergencies.
I don't see how this shows "Excessive Negativity" or how it was breaking any other in-game laws.
