Short explanation (in notes):
- The little speedboat by the docks will have a boat spawner NPC (Buy boats there aswell for like 100k each.)
- You can grow weed on a Yacht or little rowboat.
- Police boats with lights. Amazing.
- Rope to tie down weed, clocks, objects, ETC.
Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Easy way of growing for the rich, not too OP as you would need to go back to shore to do stuff (Sell drugs, buy food, ETC.)
You are also susceptible to police raids / general raids as people/police would just go right over to you and hold you up on the boat.
Optional additions:
- If rowboat shot in the bottom section, boat sinks.
- Physics engine is actually fine if you walk on an unfrozen object (learned from PSW2)
