Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4, Pulled a gun out whilst under gunpoint resulting in his death. (Not sure if him driving away was 3.4 aswell since he was going like 2 MPH and he couldn't really escape)

Clearly broke 3.4 and 3.6. Although in the demo it showed you reloading... Would of been a good time to pull the gun out. But I still + Support all the way.

Let's be honest here, he did pull out his gun as you were reloading yours.
Allthough, the bit when he tried to drive away was a bit unrealistic.

Just thought about this, if boyles gun still had some bullets in the mag realistically it would have one bullet in the chamber.

Reloading a gun puts a pistol into saftey. Depending on the pistol. Reloading takes seconds so he could pull out a gun. But he still broke 3.4 in the first place by failing to exit the van.
