Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Crashing on Launch

So I just got BO4 last night set it up to download when I went to sleep so I could play it when I came home from class today. I load it up and try and launch in to a multiplayer game. I get a match and the game crashes when it loads the map. Whatever it is probably just a random crash I will just relaunch it. I go to relaunch it and now it wont even get past the tetryarc logo sequence before crashing. Any solutions?

I have tried.

Restarting the PC.
Updating video card drivers.
closing all other applications.
Validating the game files.
Defragmenting my hard-drive.
Restarting again.
Validating files again.
Restarting.
Tried launching windows in safe mode and running the game like that didn't launch at all.
Tried launching the game with administrator permissions.

Update it was my antivirus being a asshole. -.-

My antivirus was being rude and was preventing it from launching. I whitelisted it and now it works.
