cannot log out of an unbanned account

my friend tyla who has been a good member of this community has just now logged into his vault of memes account to discover it has been banned. this would not really be an issue if it were not for the fact that my friend tyla who has been a good member of this community can no longer log out of the vault of memes account and therefore cannot sign back into his main account.

ANY SUPPORT IS APPRECIATED.
