Short explanation (in notes):
-Able to watch the city hall as the SS
-Easier job for the SS to identify if "visitors" are heavily armed to contact the police in the right time
-Have at least some fun as the SS

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Right now, if mayor sits in his office you have literally absolutely, but absolutely nothing to do and if the mayor has a big taxes, you can really expect some "visitors" that want to change mayor. I suggest to add Camera room for SS to see what's happening all around the Cityhall and its interior, and if visitors want to "greet" the mayor, SS will be prepared and police should arrive on time.

All the cameras should be allowed to be checked by dispatcher aswell.

-Put an alarm button in camera room (Something as panic button, but I guess more important

This would add the ability for SS to maintain visibility on the whole building, without compromising the mayor's safety and also give them something to do most of the time. +support
