He left me little to no time to unboot the vehicle, which in real life would take up around 3 minutes.
Also, he broke 5.4 that states: "Players may not attempt to take and/or demand money or items from a City Employee ".
As I was going to ask $500 for removing the boot, and he tried to force me at gunpoint, he is essentially trying to steal my money.
