Even if you had any proof of this it is irrelevant as they didn't know my identity I just went past them in my car, not mentioning the fact that just because someone random told you something doesn't mean you can kill anyone you want. Imagine Marcus came to you and told you that a police officer shot him for no reason does that mean that you can kill every police officer you see from that point? I also don't think medics doing their job reporting the crime is a valid reason to kos as medics are required to do that by the rules then you can just kos anyone considering you didn't specifically gunpoint anyone and tell him to not say some information.
