Change "Admin Created" report sound.

Description of the idea: Change the sound of the "Admin Created" creation report sound.

Why should this be added? (pros): Currently when a staff member makes a report to speak to you regarding something, it only makes a normal chat message sound. It is really easy to miss out on the admin created reports because of this. If you are busy with a shootout or just alt tabbed, you wont look out for the chat message sound.

Make it the same sound as when a staff member responds to ur report. That way it almost can't be missed.

What negatives could this have? (cons): If U get reported a lot it could get annoying? idk
