Is this a new law or a change to a current law: Change to 12.14
What law do you wish to change/add:
12.14 Right of way
Where not overridden by road markings, signage or other such signals, vehicles must give way at intersections and junctions to vehicles approaching from their right.
In addition,
straight through traffic will have priority over traffic turning left or right, coming from the right or traffic coming out a driveway.
Infraction - liable to $2,000 maximum fine.
Why should this change/addition be made:
I believe this change should be made to further clarify which vehicle has priority in certain situations.
What is the aim of this change/addition:
To prevent unessesary collisions caused by misinterpretation or lack of definition.
