I can agree partly that Tom has been treated in a different way with the drama between you two on the forums, firstly Tom spammed you with positive ratings, I don't see the issue in it but you get annoyed which triggers Tom to do it more, he's a person who feeds off from people getting triggered off him, I told him to stop spamming you with ratings, Tom told me that he would stop, so in that situation I believed that he actually would stop. However he didn't, you told me that he didn't, I then went ahead and banned Tom from the forums with a rating warning so that he would be rating banned, I then asked @Bolli to unban him and just give him a rating ban, Bolli didn't really want to as he didn't care about the drama in this situation, hence why Tom is still banned from the forums. The reason why it took so "long" for me to deal with it is because Tom didn't actually break the rule, I took my staff descretion that everyone fucking hates and banned him, without that Tom would still be allowed to do what he did.
One thing you should learn about Tom is to not give him any attention, but everyone gets so proper salty in every situation which makes him laugh and keeps him going, it's like if you keep kicking the ball to the dog he's gonna keep giving you it, as soon as you stop, he will keep trying but will find out soon enough that it isn't gett kicked no more.
And yes the response that Nade was given wasn't the best which I can agree with you to 100%, however with you guys banging on our forums 24/7 regarding it, doesn't help a bit, let Nade himself come up to us every now and then and speak about it, I have full understanding that you get pissed off. But when I go on steam I don't want it spammed by 10 year olds asking if nade can be unbanned, Me and Nade can have that conversation instead, which we have even though I didn't have much to say as I wasn't in the meeting.

staff started off well by unbanning a few people but as Husky said, the servers still struggling with numbers. Unless the staff are willing to change ways it wont come back
