I think that it's weird how this senior administration addition was done so quickly, now I'm not saying that @Madda isn't ready he probably is and I trust you guys in this decision, but you have to understand that when we've gotten staff members like MrLewis and Ayjay to that position it took weeks for the decision to be made, I don't know why it did but it wouldn't look rushed to the community, it would look professionally done and thought through.
