[CLOSED] Memory usage and ping.

I know it's probably because I live in Asia that my ping is above 250+, but nowadays it has skyrocketed to near 500 for some reason. Where's the server located at now?
2nd, my HL2.exe is taking a lot of memory. Task Manager says that it's taking over 1 mil K and I tried deleting addons I don't use anymore to no avail. Am I doing something wrong?

The server is still hosted in Germany. As for the memory your Garry's Mod is using, try and lower your settings as it will usually decrease the memory usage.

Doesn't quite explain how it managed to double within the past year.

There's been quite a few fixes since this was posted/last replied to. If you keep getting this sort of problem, feel free to create another Support thread, but as Daymon said. There isn't much on our end we can do. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused to you.
