Computer space fills up during playing Perpheads?

I recently started playing Perp again and have noticed that my space on my computer while playing has decreased by about 5gb (No, this is not from the mods when loading in because I already had played perpheads before), I'm wondering why and how I can get this space back. Thanks.

This is because we store demo's from the last 21 days in the Garrysmod/garrysmod/data/phdemos folder. Demo's take up alot of space but can only be deleted after 21 days in accordance iwth the rules

Where do I find these demos, I've checked my Garry's mod demos folder but theres nothing there. I'm sure I have demos from like 2 years ago from when I first played Perpheads.

They are in the data / phdemos folder, not in the main demos folder
