Since the new update I've been getting framedrops/lagspikes and it's like my pc has tourettes I've tried all the console commands and launch options and no result, before the update It was fine but its almost unbearable to drive and engage in a fight. I know there are other posts but the more the merrier.
EDIT:Essentially what Is happening is my framesdrop to 5 from 30 and I freeze for a couple of seconds but my character is still moving eg in a car it will keep going bc of the momentum which causes me to crash.
