How does one become a content creator rank?
I want to create content for PERPHeads and I have privately shared my ideas with an upper admin but I am not sure on two things:
1) How to attain the rank?
2) Would there be a way to have the rank grant the ability to spectate active firefights for real cinematic footage being made out of the live recording and or the demo replay to capture multiple angles without infringing on the roleplay by interfering in any way.
