Suggestion Title: CPR for all (an education incentive program)
Suggestion Description: National Two-step CPR (https://www.twostepcpr.com/) is a national program for basic CPR education. It involves two steps: #1 call 911(or 999, you get the point), #2 push hard and fast on the center of the chest until help arrives. In this spirit, and as an initiative to make a real-world impact with players, a two-step CPR education should be instituted that would allow civilians, police officers, or any job class in PERP to provide CPR just as firefighters do.
Why should this be added?:
- Allow greater use of CPR in-game
- Incentive for people to learn a life-saving technique
- For once, allow for players to collaborate to help each other in a GOOD way
What negatives could this have?:
- Too many people doing cpr in-game... I guess?
